What is your story? Our humanness is connected through common stories. Join a campfire connection or hiking retreat, sit back with a cup of tea, and be in a nonjudgmental space. Experience conversation, tapping (EFT), journaling, cards (numerology), and allow the adventure to reveal itself.

EFT Tapping

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a combination of Chinese Medicine and Western Psychology where we dive into the things that keep us stuck.

Through EFT it is possible to understand and accept all parts of ourselves and find peace.

Numerology

Using a deck of playing cards (yes the ones you played Crazy 8s with!) I can help you see yourself more clearly. The cards paired with our intuition show us our life path and offer insight into current questions.
